Directions
From Airport (M1)
Exit the airport and take the M1 into Dublin City Centre. Continue past the Port Tunnel onto Swords Road. Continue straight ahead and you will reach Drumcondra, with Croke Park on you left hand side.
Continue straight on and follow the signs for the City Centre. Turn left onto Gardiner Street. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights and at the next set of lights turn right (Spar is on the left hand side) onto Parnell Street. Take the first left and next right bringing you onto Cathal Brugha Street, go through the first set of lights and you will then see the signs for the Gresham Hotel car park. At the next lights the road will take you left onto O'Connell Street and to the front entrance of The Gresham Hotel.
Continue straight on taking a left at Burger King. From here you may only go left again and the entrance to the car park is on the right hand side. After parking the vehicle, hotel access is available by pressing level 2, on the elevator, and making your way through to reception.
From Belfast (M1/N1)
Pick up the M1 at Dundalk and follow signs for Dublin, please be advised this is a tolled motorway. The toll bridge is located just after the Drogheda South exit and is €1.80 for cars. Sterling is not accepted. Continue past the Port Tunnel onto Swords Road. Continue straight ahead and you will reach Drumcondra, with Croke Park on you left hand side. From Cork (N7)
Take the N7 from Cork and follow signs to Dublin. This road will bring you to The Red Cow Roundabout on the outskirts of the City. Continue straight ahead on Naas Road until you come to Inchicore. Take a right at The Black Horse pub and continue straight on through Kilmainham, past St James' Hospital, the Guinness Brewery as you come to Thomas Street, then Christchurch. At this point, stay in the left hand lane as you will travelling straight ahead onto Dame Street. The road bears to the left at the Bank of Ireland and changes to 4 lanes. Stay in the second left lane as you will be travelling straight over O'Connell Bridge onto O'Connell Street.
From this point, The Gresham is located at the top of the street on the right hand side.
Continue ahead, to the end of O'Connell Street which will take you to the left. Parnell Square and the Rotunda Hospital will be on the right. Move to the right hand lane as you go around Parnell Square. You will be presented with 2 sets of lights adjacent to each other, choose the light on the left. Continue straight ahead, through the lights, and take the second street on the right. At the end of here, take a left onto Parnell Street. At the next set of lights turn right and next right bringing you onto Cathal Brugha Street, go through the first set of lights and you will then see the signs for the Gresham Hotel car park. At the next lights the road will take you left onto O'Connell Street and to the front entrance of The Gresham Hotel.
