The Hodson Bay Hotel is next door to the Athlone golf course and with a marina outside the front door; the Hodson Bay is perfect for water sports and fishing. There are also a series of river Shannon and Lough Ree cruises available and the lake shore walks are a delightful way to spend an evening.
